KINTEX handles collecting and possessing all personal information to ensure the protection of such information, and to preserve any confidentiality necessary under the related legislation. Main Clause : Company, Position, Name, Phone Number, E-mail Address Purpose of use and collecting personal information : Demand Prediction of the Hosted Exhibition and Purpose of Marketing Utilization Possession Period : In accordance with the Information and Communication Network Act and the Personal Information Protection Act, when personal information becomes unnecessary, such as the expiration of the period of personal information retention and the achievement of the purpose of processing, the personal information shall be destroyed without delay. You have the right to refuse to collect and use your personal information, but if you decline your consent, access to and download of your data is restricted

Terms and Conditions

Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this policy to help you understand how we collect, use, communicate, disclose, and manage personal information. Please read the following policy carefully and check the box if you agree.

1. Collection and Use of Personal Information
Visitors agree that the personal data provided for registration may be included in the KINTEX(Organizer)’s database and used by the Organizer for promotional purposes.

- Collected Information: Login ID, Name, Phone Number, Email, Password, Age, Gender, Birth Year, Region(Nation), Company/Organization Name, Survey Results, Address.
- Collection Methods: Website, KINTEX app, Pre-registration system, Written Application Forms, Online/Offline Event Participation.
- Retention Basis: Consent given upon membership registration in accordance with the privacy policy.

2. Purpose of Use
The Organizer of the exhibition uses the visitor’s personal information only for exhibition promotion & invitation.
Photos and videos taken during the event may be used for promotional and marketing purposes. Attendees may request mosaic processing or refuse the use of their images.

3. Sharing of Personal Information
The collected information may be provided to the AKEI (Association of Korea Exhibition Industry) for objective exhibition verification and will not be used for any other purposes.
K-SAFETY EXPO 2025 ensures secure management of personal data through SYSFORU International, the official exhibition registration system operator.
Personal information is handled in compliance with privacy laws, ensuring confidentiality, restriction of third-party sharing, responsibility for any mishandling, and limited retention periods.

4. Data Protection and Delegation
The Organizer manages personal information in compliance with privacy laws. Without customer consent, the Organizer will not delegate personal information processing to third-party companies. If delegation becomes necessary in the future, the Organizer will notify customers immediately regarding the delegated companies and their responsibilities.

5. Retention and Deletion of Personal Information
Collected personal information will be deleted immediately after fulfilling its intended purpose.
